Venetian Plaster

VENECIANO

A classic art form reproduced in your home or office with authentic slaked lime plaster integrated with highly polished marble dust.  Applied in thin layer after layer, hand polished and waxed, veneciano gives your wall depth, substance, age and a rich visual appearance.  One can usually project a minimum of 1-2  week application time for this beautiful hand-finished product.  Actual prices can be determined only after a consultation, colors are chosen and optional items such as stenciling, waxes, metallic dusts, etc. are factored in.

Most veneciano applications are highly polished and waxed to look like shiny marble. Not all veneciano is shiny.  Hand burnishing upon stencils creates beautiful encaustic.  A thin application over marmarino can result in mottled stone. Available in any color, veneciano lends well to stenciling and can be combined with other products for truly stunning effects.
